Throw back: Desert Love
Night poured over the desert. It came suddenly, in purple. In the clear air, the stars drilled down out of the sky, reminding any thoughtful watcher that it is in the deserts and high places that religions are generated. When men see nothing but bottomless infinity over their heads they have always had a driving and desperate urge to find someone to put in the way.
One sits down on a desert sand dune, sees nothing, hears nothing. Yet through the silence something throbs, and gleams...
For the memory of the most healing night i have ever had.. for the peace the desert poured in me, my soul starves for being there again..

Wow! I'm in love with what you wrote, I was reading it like someone reciting a poem. As if the desert is right in front of my eyes. This seems very interesting and I'm glad you were relieved darling <3
In love with the language you used to describe such a glorious place..
There's nothing like nature for healing. Whether it's the glorious desert or the dark sea, nature never fails to improve our mental state (especially in those stressful days!!)
Wish you'll go again soon!
It seems that you have passion for writing poem like excerpts. As I was scrolling down your profile, i noticed that you are very much in love with nature and everything that is simple.
wow, nice word .you should make your own poetry book and i will the first one who bought it,and the nature all of its kind will remove the anxiety and stress.
