Usually, students and employed professionals have no idea of right career guidance. Right career guidance can tell you, about the career options that could suit you the most. Hence, you can start preparing for that option from the beginning.
It will give you ample amount of time for right kind of preparation. This could only be possible if you take guidance for your career.
This is what the the Career Orientation program was all about for high school students i teach in the Access Program.
Students had a chance to meet with professionals from all domains, asked questions of what the career they do is all about and what it took them to be who they are now.
Students had an opportunity to find an interest in certain domains rather than others. Now they got an idea about it all and they are more aware of what they want to study and their future plans. Good luck in your lives guys:)

This is the first time I heared about such things or options in Lebanon.I think this is the best way to guide new employees or let us say newly graduate students to choose the career that suits their abilities.In such way students will know or specify the kind of work they want.When we know the career that suits us we could then be an affective member and could create not only work.
