Student achievement. ...
Student retention. ...
Improved relations. ...
Improved critical thinking skills. ...
Oral communication improvement. ...
Promoted social skills. ...
Heightened self-esteem.

As a teacher I find cooperative learning one of the best methods to adhere in classroom, students find it energizing and competing. Using appropriate structures for the applicable objectives and lesson plans, engage most of the students of different learning styles and levels of achievements.

cooperative learning is a very effective method in teaching since it makes students of different levels work together and benefit each other even if it hard at first but still it is efficient for gaining more time and more ideas...

You're totally right. Before I started my TD I rarely did any cooperative learning activities thinking that it causes a lot of chaos I can avoid with other choices. But after learning about its benefits I planned some activities and they were a success. My kids enjoyed them a lot and they learned a lot from each other.
